1. You will be sending your book (PDF copy), for evaluation, if your book is SHORTLISTED in initial application screening.
2. The Physical book sent for final verification will be part of repository and will not be returned back.
3. You are agreeing to PAY the Author Promotion & Branding FEE if your book is selected for award. To know the Details of Processing Fee - Click Here: Author's Branding & Promotion.
4. The Processing FEE for Author Branding is applicable only for Authors who are selected after extensive rounds of verification. This fee is only for information purpose not yet applicable to your book at this Round.
5. Award ceremony will be held in Pune on 15th February 2025. You can attend that ceremony or receive award at your home by courier.
6. You have right to apply for book award for co-authored book too. (if any).
7. Kindle Books are also eligible for this award. You will have to send PDF copy for evaluation.
8. All the books self published or published by any publisher are eligible for book awards.
9. The application is open for any nationality.
10. Reservation of Rights. The award management, reserve the right to amend, alter, change or repeal any provision of this award.

12. This year we are taking nominations not only limited to year 2024. Books published in any year can apply.
13. We are looking for Books that matter and have the power to transform lives of readers. If you have that Book, please apply.
14. Please note: Your book's nomination is under process. Filling this Application Form, doesn't guarantee your selection in the next round. Selections are based on merit only.
